Kelly Hart Program Director
Kelly Hart is a graduate of Emerson College with a BA in Media Productions and Minors in Psychology and History. She spent 6 years as the Lead Teacher in the Early Head Start classroom at Center for Family Resources. She also was the Site Coordinator at their Clifton Father Mychal Judge location. Kelly is a motivated, driven young woman who has proven herself as a natural leader. She also has made it her career to focus on helping to strengthen and educate children and families. Kelly was appointed to serve on the West Milford Municipal Alliance (C.A.S.A.) representing a youth serving organization. She was also elected Vice Chair of C.A.S.A. for 2019. As a longtime resident of this community, Kelly has made West Milford her home and is excited to explore this next step in her career. Taking on the role of Program Director, Kelly hopes to engage the community to help both her neighbors, and her family, thrive. Kelly and her husband, Jared, are the proud parents of two daughters.
Heather Saraceni Community & Volunteer Coordinator
Heather Saraceni is the Community and Volunteer Coordinator at the Highlands Family Success Center. She is a graduate from The University of Rhode Island with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Heather was the Lead Teacher in the Early Head Start classroom at the Ringwood location of Center for Family Resources for eight years. During her time at Center for Family Resources, Heather has also worked 21st Century Exploring Parenting and was the co-facilitator of the children’s Safe Place program. In an effort to help with the drug epidemic in the community, Heather is the Project Coordinator for The Alliance of Wanaque and Ringwood for Education and Awareness for Substance Abuse Prevention. Heather is hardworking and passionate about having a positive impact on the lives of others and works towards building relationships and strengthening the community at the Highlands Family Success Center.
Grace Hawruk Family Partner
Grace Hawruk is a Family Partner at the Highlands Family Success Center in West Milford, NJ. She graduated from The College of New Jersey in Ewing with her Bachelor’s in Psychology with her minor in Deaf Studies. She is alsovproficient in American Sign Language. After interning with us in the summer of 2018, her passion and dedication made her the perfect fit for our team. Grace is a voting citizen member of West Milford’s Municipal Alliance ( C.A.S.A ) and is also an avid advocate for Tourette’s Syndrome. Through the HFSC, Grace hopes to build relationships and strengthen the community.
