Dear West Milford Community,
It is with mixed emotions that I announce that I have resigned from my position as the Director of the Highlands FSC effective Friday, September 28, 2018 as I am moving on to the position of Executive Director at U-Turn Inc. U-Turn is the culmination of many years of commitment to community building and Leadership Development. The last Three years part of the HFSC team have been absolutely amazing and I feel honored to have had the opportunity to work on your behalf. The many families and community members that came through our doors and all of the outstanding colleagues I have had the privilege of working alongside, made my time here memorable. You all contributed to my growth as a person and as a professional and for that, I can’t thank you enough.
The work of the HFSC team on your behalf has been remarkable and as I look back, I can only smile and feel an overwhelming sense of pride. I look forward to the days ahead where I get to support the continued efforts of the HFSC team as a member of the community.
I am confident that I leave the HFSC in more than capable hands as the team remains intact and with a great support system from its parent agency (CFR) and the community.
As of October 1st, 2018 I will be taking on the responsibility of overseeing the development of a life-long dream. I will be serving as the Executive Director and lead trainer at U-Turn Inc, a Team Building and Leadership Development organization. I invite you to visit our site www.uturninc.org and take a look at what we have to offer. Should there be any way in which I can continue to be of support to you and our community, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
I wish all of you only the very best… Continue to strive for success and the success of our community.
